Timo Rosenberg
Timo joined e-team in 1999, the year the company was established, making him the longest-serving member of staff. Since the start he has been responsible for participant management. This means that he basically makes sure that all participants receive their admission tickets and other information, as well as their invoices. Dealing with complex demands from the head office in Kiel is part of his job, as is being on site at events to personally greet participants. In his search for further challenges, additionally to road trips on two wheels through Schleswig-Holstein, he is trying his hand at life as a husband, dad, and landlord.
Wiebke Ott-Nehring
has been part of the team since 2004. Her job is to assist in the daily running of the accounts department. As she is an expert concerning taxes and other financial matters, she is always available for advice. Also, as she does with her son at home, she keeps a keen eye on our bank balance.
Sascha Ackermann
Wulf-Markus Alexander Ackermann, to give him his full name, is one of the founders of e-team, and is joint owner of the firm with his business partner and friend Björn Klotz. In 2003, after 20 years in Bremen and 10 years in Kiel, he moved south to set up the Munich office. In addition to project work, he likes thinking up and developing new event concepts – and then putting them into practice. A proud father, he enjoys spending lots of time with his family – although he does try and keep up with how his favourite football team Werder Bremen are doing on the side.
Heike Porath
Heike Porath is one of the youngest member at the e-team in Kiel an she´s working in the participant management since 2010. She takes all works over standing in context with the participants.
Privately she often drives back home to Mecklenburg. If it isn´t the case, she follows the current sports events or spends a lot of time with her friends.
Antonia Helmke
Antonia Helmke joined our team since 2010 - first as trainee and then as apprentice. She is assisting and learning where ever she is needed.
In her free time the new Munich inhabitant is traveling to her former home or to her sister who is living in Teneriffa. Antonia always enjoys the warm weather there and meeting her friends.
Helen Kugler
was born in Baden and has Swedish roots. Since she got a part of the e-team in 2010 she takes care of all operations concerning the conception, planning, realization and review of events at he the office in Munich. Her passion for ambitious live communication is her everyday motivator at this.
As a new resident of Munich, she dedicates to art and culture and likes to go on trips to her second home country South Sweden.
Dagmar Stuhr
takes care of the finances for more than 10 years now. She ensures that the money for the work performed goes into our coffers (and to the tax office), so that the e-team can always be on hand to meet our customers' wishes. It's also Dagmar who hands out the monthly allowances to everyone in the e-team.
Christian Sudi-Zachow
Austrian by birth, Christian has been part of the team since 2001. His areas of responsibility comprise constructing and maintaining event websites, including both their design and their programming. He also makes sure that all the computers in the company are in full working order. During events, he is responsible for constructing and monitoring the network, and helping out if there are any computer problems.
Christine Mucha
After several years living at home and abroad, the Hessian was brought to the Bavarian metropolis Munich. Christine is working for e-team since 2010 and assists her colleagues in ongoing projects. She gets into the effectively communication by uniquely events and plans and coordinates those with her team in a full-service-package. As a new inhabitant of Munich, she discovers surroundings of the city or travels around to visit her family and friends.
Lars Erichsen
Lars supports the e-team in all arising logistic operations, always keeps an eye on our store, its tidiness and its supply. When Lars ist not packing the materials for our events, you can find him at his boats or sometimes even at court, where he is working as a juryman.
Björn Klotz
With Sascha Ackermann, Björn is joint managing partner of e-team and at the helm of the headquarters in Kiel. In addition to finance, controlling, and quality management, he also manages his own projects. He is another sports enthusiast, and after successful careers in lacrosse and Hobie16 yachtsman, he concentrates again on his primary passions: windsurfing and snowboarding. Björn travels a lot with his family and does everything in his power to make “gliding” holidays rather than “horse-riding” holidays with his little daughter.
Sheila Thone
supports the e-team since 2011 as an apprentice. She helps and learns wherever jobs are to be done.
During her leisure time, Sheila loves spending time with her friends and family. She does sports, likes to go to the movies, and enjoys the striking distance to the beach. Her great passion is visiting concerts, particularly those from The BossHoss.
Verena Kallweit
Verena is willing to do anything, and considers nothing to be beneath her. As an experienced multitasker, she has even been known to tidy up the warehouse while she mulls over some new event concept. A member of the team since 2002, she now works in event management and coordination in Munich, where she can be heard rattling through the streets after work on her Simson Schwalbe motorbike.
Simone Ulbrich
joined the Munich office in 2006 as project manager for events and trade fairs. She has the added advantage of being an interpreter for the Bavarian dialect and since she has a young daughter she is also very well-versed in matters of child rearing. If she has any time left after that, Simone can be found windsurfing in summer and skiing in winter.
Angela Ehrlich
As a native of Stuttgart the latest member in the team is a woman of proverbial Swabian thoroughness. In the project management she always keeps a level head even if the situation goes haywire. She coordinates and plans everything from A for accurate scheduling to Z for zesty catering. Weather clients, colleagues, constructing engineers or waiters - she is always receptive to listen. On weekends she enjoys swimming and sailing at the Bavarian lakes and playing the piano.
Franziska Rudolph
joined e-team in february 2009 as a web designer. Her areas of responsibility include the creative design, as well as creation and maintenance of the event websites. Sometimes, she takes off a few weeks from the e-team and works at film productions. As the set manager, she is responsible for keeping the crew together an the daily schedule in time.
Ann-Kathrin Schulte
After her apprenticeship in an agency in Garmisch-Partenkirchen
Ann-Kathrin joined e-team in July 2011. She supports her team members in every incoming exercise to create a perfect event.
In her free time and at the weekends she spends much time in the horse stable. She trains with her mare for competitions, where she is very successful.
Katja Dähn-Wollenberg
supports the e-team since September 2010. From the office in Kiel she organizes and coordinates events with great pleasure and likes to take
over on-site assistance as well. Born and raised on an island she of course keeps in touch with the coast. Therefore she likes to spend her
free time on the beaches of the Baltic sea but is also open minded about meeting friends and travelling to far destinations.
Dorothee Beichter
After spending one year in New Zealand, Dorothee returns to Munich, where she has already been working as an event manager next to her studies. Since
spring 2011, Dorothee supports the e-team in all aspects of event marketing.
During her spare time, Dorothee, born in Bremen, loves being in the nature, meeting with friends, and taking exercise. But she also loves spending calm
hours reading a book and relaxing.
Martin Vollmer
wasn’t born in Munich, but lives in the capital of Bavaria since he can remember.
He supports the team in Munich in all parts of the organization, realization and postprocessing of events since July 2011.
He’ll also be glad to assists in the matters of the Bavarian dialect and traditions.
In is free time, he likes being with his friends or playing the guitar, which sometimes costs him some nerves, due to the matter that he is
still a beginner.
Maria-Theresa Probst
„The head is round so that thinking can change directions“ that is the credo of the new Munich resident.
Coming from the beautiful Florence of the Elbe, Dresden and arriving in the metropolis at the Isar, she is looking forward to
interesting customers, exciting projects and amusing people. The project manager is well experienced in the staging of fashion and
lifestyle events and is crazy about the latest trends, individuality and extraordinary event concepts with memory effect.
In her leisure time, she spends time with friends and Labrador lady Lulu and explores new locations and routes in and around Munich.
